The Original non tinted at the top 140 style glass is still available at VP.

The windshield surround 'L' clips slip into raised slots in the windshield frame, so you'd have to hammer them flat, or use extra goop if left proud.

In either case make sure there's enough butyl or window weld applied to seal them up.
