No radio reception after heater core replacement

Before I completely give up on this radio I will double check that the antenna is properly seated but after having it out and back in again at least four times I think I can eliminate that as a cause.

I did check for suspect connections on the interior- in particular the antenna, but everything looked good.

As I mentioned in my response to Art I have a radio from a 1990 740 but I will need to obtain the code from the dealer and then figure out what is going on with the two different configurations on the plug- 6 versus 14 pins.

Thanks for your response.

Randy
