My dashboard instrument lighting is extremely dim to the point I can't really tell if they are "on". Rotating the dash rheostat from off to on turns the lights on but if it is rotated to full on they turn off. Am I in need of a new rheostat or just an adjustment/cleaning? If a replacement is necessary, who would I check with for availability of such an old part?
