Yeah, Harbor Freight's finest at 6.99$. A Cen•Tech model something. New Energizer 9-volt battery. I'll cross ref with the other two OvLov 240s, though I've futzed with the grounds and connectors through over the years, so, well, we'll see. I bought to of them. So, 3.50$ each.
A former pal of mine broke my Gardner Bender brand GDT-180 pocket DMM as well as rooted through my tools and swiped stuff. No continuity or OHMs. Everything else works.
Another has my Simpson analogue model 260 or ? I meant to replace it. That thing was nice.
I'll try to repair the GB brand GDT-180 pocket DMM again. The ball-bearing.
All I need do is drive the 240, and get reminded why I'll care for and keep them. Just wants a big garage for them so them 240s can nap undercover securely. Why it's worth to help other Volvo 240s and the greater RWD Volvo autos.
I'll check them tomorrow. I'll try the other Cen•Tech.

Interviewed at Fluke (Biomedical) for a Sr. Tech Writer gig in lovely Everett, WA in March 2013-14. Bombed, bombed, bombed, bombed, bombed, and bombed. I've known who John Fluke was and his original multimeter, with vacuum tubes, used by Boeing for the WWII effort since elementary school. In the Fluke Everett, WA facility reception area there is a museum of the Fluke's history. Has John Fluke's original desk and his early multimeters! Shows Fluke's history up to the purchase of Fluke by Danaher and their plans going forward.
