123 Distributor install help - B20F

I don't know anything about the 123 distributor - but--you wrote--"These distributors can't be installed 180 degrees out due to the offset drive, right? So, installing the new dist. should be as simple as dropping the new unit in and static timing the system. Not really any chance to get it upside down, right?" NOT SO!! Does your new distributor point to #1? The drive at them bottom of the original distributor can be installed one of two ways-- the securing pin is centrally located--the offset drive will be on one side or the other. Does the new distributor match the old? -- Dave
