Odometer Repair: Need a link to web page or You Tube "how to do' 200 1993

1993 245 with 240k miles

When I purchased the car in 2004, I removed the speedo head and mailed to place in Texas (can't remember name)to repair the odometer. It worked fine until 2015. Now it's not turning any more (speedometer indicates fine).

I'm thinking about doing the job myself this time. Can anyone point me to the gear/part that I'll need; also, a link to a description/video of how to do the repair may give me insight on whether to tackle the job myself vs taking to odometer repair shop again.
