92' 240 doesn't want to start/stay running on damp/rainy days 200

It's worth remembering that with the 240, a technically flat battery will crank the engine surprisingly well, but there isn't enough juice to run the ignition properly. Worse if the car has running lights so the dip beam, sides and rears are on as well. Just pulled the battery on mine as it cranked and did not run, It could just ignite maybe for one revolution and then nothing. Meter showed 12.06 volts. An overnight charge and all is well. From this I'll say check your battery voltage with the ignition off.
