Front wheel bearing 900

A groan while driving led to an inspection of the front end and I determined the driver's front wheel bearing is ready for R&R. There isn't too much info about this here so I wanted to ask

Can the car be run with this condition; will anything be damaged if I continue to use it?

Recommendations for parts, bearing assembly, cap, bolts.

Any insight into the job itself? Should I consider doing both sides

TIA
