unless you are in rural mexico 100 miles from anywhere resembling an auto parts store fix the car before driving it any distance and anything more than school district speed.

the bearing and hub are one unit and not expensive

wheels bearings, ball joints and tie rod ends are not things you want to drive knowing they are bad or near failure. once your steering is compromised or goes.......... well you get the idea.
