If you heard 20 enrichment clicks, you went through full range of motion of switch. Throttle and connection to TPS is strictly mechanical and does not change with Ign OFF or ON! You might want to revisit to assure yourself of this...
For TPS service, electronic contact cleaner which leaves nothing behind is OK (if you want to redo this every month), Deoxit D5 is MUCH better as it leaves protection and lube behind (if you only want to redo this once a year), ANY abrasive is BAAAAD for the microscopically thin gold plating of conductors. ...but if you feel you need to abrade Comb sliding contact area or contacts of drag switches, put a drop of Deoxit on a piece of office paper (nothing more abrasive!) and slide it between contact areas once or twice, then flush with a quick, directed blast of Deoxit from snoozle, and you're DONE for a year...that's my advice!
TPS caused misfires are fairly rare (I am currently investigating this phenomenon myself, not being satisfied with the partial, or just plain BAD information and repair advice or techniques out there), but a NONABRASIVE cleanup and preventative Maintenance of the TPS cant hurt...I'd concentrate on the fact that you have measured a significant Compression difference on No. 2, and your Ignition System...also: good advice from 142guy!
