OBD Code 1-3-2 900

My daughter came over with the problem car today. I took out the ashtray, etc. and felt the fuel pump relay. It seemed a little warm to me. The solder joints were a little grey, not bright and shiny, so I re-soldered all of them. Then I decided to replace it with a relay with a 1994 date code and re-soldered it. I measured the voltage and compared it with my 94 940 and it was withing .1V at idle with no load, with the lights on bright, and with the radiator fan on. I have an ignition tower (regina) ready and a radio suppression relay ready to go if her car fails again. I have some RPM sensors I could also try. I wiggled the cable to the IAC and it had no effect idling. Any other ideas? I'll bet these kind of problems drive a shop nuts! At least my daughter's car will restart after a couple minutes but it is getting warm here in MN and she might have to wait longer. Thanks for the help so far and I'll update this link.
