Rear rotor stuck on parking break 200 1989

I'm working to replace the rear rotors and pads on my '89 240. When I got around to removing the rotor I realized it's not coming off. I doused it in WD40, pryed, pounded, and not a budge. It's turning fine but I hear it scraping on the parking brake pads (or what's left of them). I think my problem is that the rotor is hung up on the shoes. In my manual it's saying to loosen the little star screw but it dosen't looks like my car has one. I tried loosening the screw on the back of the parking brake handle to no avail. Any suggestions on how to loosen it up enough to get my rotor off?

Thanks in advance.
