Replacing power window motor? 200 1993

The passenger power window has suddenly stopped working. When toggling the switch up or down, I can hear the motor 'engage' a bit so I know it's trying to do something. I've traced power to the motor, so the switches and wiring seem to be fine. All other windows work as well.

The window is currently stuck in the 'up' position, and I am not able to move it at all, even when applying power. Nothing wants to budge, even when using my hand on the big gear to give it some rotational force. Nothing moves. I used silicon spray, let it sit, still nothing.

It sounds like I need to remove the motor and mechanism for service or replacement. Where can I find the removal procedure?

Is the motor serviceable, or do I need to replace it?

Any help/comments are greatly appreciated.

Thank.
