Anti-slosh pan inside tank is loose! 700

Hello everyone!
I was changing the internal Regina fuel pump today and noticed the yellowish anti-slosh pan on the bottom of the fuel tank is loose!
I searched the FAQ and found no answer.
Would there be a problem if i leave it loose? If yes,how would i glue this plastic pan to the fuel tank?
Has anyone encounter this? Please advise how to do it,i don't want to replace the fuel tank!
Thank you in advance!
Charles.
