B234F into a 240 200

For those who desire a B234F in the Maryland area, I came across a 740 that is for sale for $200. The body etc are good. The car is not starting, but turns over. The Timing belt has not broken (I can see one of the camshafts rotating).
The lady that was interested in buying it asked me to look at it. She already has a reliable 740 with B230. I suggested she stay away due to the added cost (for her) of having someone maintain the DOHC engine with associated TB and seal changes.
