M40/M41 jumping out of reverse 1800

No none, well beside me shifting the lid from short shifter/stick lid to long stick/shifter lid. The balls and springs are there and you can feel it. The gear is jumping out less now, funny enough. Every thing is pretty much standard no funny gear knobs etc..
