M40/M41 jumping out of reverse 1800

No , it's a old used transmission, sold as good but as often is you have to take that with a pinch of salt. All other gears including OD is working and there is no slippage. The only thing wrong is the reverse jumping out. The gearbox that I took the "short lid/long stick" from was perfect no jumping nor any other problems.
