New to me 940 - Keyless Entry 900 1993

Hello All,

Proud owner of a 146K NA 940 and would like to install keyless entry. I have much experience with my 93 240's, but I'm embarking on a new career with the 940 and want to avoid pitfalls.

Any issues pulling driver door panel? I did check the FAQ's and it seemed pretty straightforward. Is there a door actuator in there? Will the door actuator from a left rear 240 fit? I've accessed the door operating wires under the dash in the 240 to make connection to the receiver and the fuse panel for power. Are they in the same place with the 940. Do I pull the cluster or bolster or both? Any help that you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Anyway, looking forward to joining this sub-board and making some new friends.
