OEM Speaker covers 200

I'm about to change out the locks on my 242, but I ran into the OEM speaker covers/grilles on the door, and didn't want to crack them while taking off the door card.

My question is if the OEM plastic speaker covers are attached to the door card only or if they need to be removed from the door card to take the screws out of the speaker. If I need to remove the speaker covers to dismount the speaker, how do I get that plastic cover off without busting the little plastic tabs.

I've seen the OEM speaker covers busted up at the parts yard, but can't recall exactly how they are assembled.
