Checking injectors and fuel pressure 200 1989

You can be sure the ECU has control of the injectors by performing the mode 3 actuator test from the OBD.

Verify the ECU is turning on the fuel pumps first, as the pink label fault is strictly the loss of fuel pump relay coil ground (the blue/green wire) and if you ground that (carefully) directly and it all works, you have verified pink label syndrome.

If unsure about fuel pressure, a simple, if not comprehensive measurement can be made by enabling the pumps via the 4-6 jumper at the fuse panel, then briefly squeeze the return line from the regulator to feel the pressure backup. If fuel is exiting via the return line, and not spilling through the vacuum line, the chances are your fuel pressure is right for running.
