940 fuel leak 900 1993

So my 940 NA, Bosch was sidelined for a bit for the three year old over-axle pipe and muffler replacement I had shop do completely failing. While I was down there...

I found a drip from the fuel filter and obvious wetness around the filter. At first I thought it was the fitting or the short hard plastic line. I took the whole bracket off as well as the clamp around the filter and started the car. Nothing...not a drop. Moved the hard line around, same thing. Reinstalled it all...still nothing.

Unlike normal, I have an immediate need for the car (and the exhaust replacement is not going great either!) to loan a friend while replace the sub frame in his van. I am out of ideas without throwing parts at it.
