940 fuel leak 900 1993

It is a cat back but the prior repairs (before my ownership) left the post-cat pipe too short...about 3".

The 2" to 2" adapter fits fine on the muffler shop replacement for the resonator but the cat side is like 2 1/8". I will grab an expander from Harbor freight tomorrow nd try to get that last 1/8". My attempt at 4 slits could not get far enough on for a good, leak free purchase.

If all else fails I will weld up the worst of the leaks and live with for a weeks...eventually finding a junk yard cat (not easy with my 2-bolt flange) that is unmolested.
