First, unless the PO had changed out the Alt to another U do not have a 95AMP alt

it shud be an 80

once you sort that out, besides the bearings. the one thing that kills these Alts is the cracking/failure of the plastic holder of the rear bearing....trust me I know.

it sits inside that Bump-out at the rear of the alt case. it keeps the rear bearing centered
