check engine light comes on right away S90-V90

getting trani code p0755. swap out the tcm from my donor car and I get p0705.
cel light comes on about 5 seconds after start up.
no arrow or esw flashing. Just the cel.

I have ohmed out the solenoids 19.7 ea at the tcm conector.
car seems to run through the gears but certainly has problems.

also noted. The arrow light does not come on when 3 or L is selected. The arrow does come on when Winter mode is selected.

I just bought the car. bought it with a bad trani. I had it at a reputable shop and we noticed bad wires to the trani, fixed them and thought we lucked out. but no.
Ideas anyone. Thanks
