Radio 200

Good day all, question! 1991 240 wagon, is there a way to tell if the radio is any good or not, it appears that it is not getting any power as nothing come up in the display when it is turned on, # 1 fuse is good, I was wonder if there is something else or fuse in the dash that would cause it not to work, I know the previous owner had replace the blower motor, so I'm thinking maybe he didnt connect everything, I was just wondering if there is something simple I could check befor taking the whole think apart.

Thanks
