W / S / E / lights flashing and speedo cuts out on 1992 960 900 1992

Turns out it was the speedometer board. The transmission sensor tested OK. The capacitors on the board are shot. replacement boards are very hard to come by because all 1991-1992 Spedometers had bad caps. Only board I could find was from a questionable supplier in Lavia for $500. I am having the board rebuilt instead. Should come in at under $200. Capacitor leakage is obvious but luckily very little damage to the circuit board.
