Help with no crank 900

I have been struggling with this for a few days now, any help would appreciated. I suspect the ignition switch but I don't want to throw parts at it. I have the switch out and a lot of the stuff around the shifter out of the way.

symptoms
No crank with key in park or neutral. KP I turns on radio, etc. KP II lights up cluster lites.

Shifter only goes out of Park with override. When depressing brake in KP II, no audible click coming from the shifter.

Diagnosis
In KP II, jumping starter cranks engine, immediate start. Test lite shows current in blue terminal test socket in KP III. After removing the ignition switch, I found power coming at all terminals of the switch in KP II except terminal “S”
