Failed smog block due to control board not clearing codes 1999

The only advice I have is for you to post again in another area of the site.

Where this post is, cars as modern as 1999 don't occur very often. Make sure you give the model and year in your post and describe whether "control board" refers to CARB or something in the car.

There are no moderators here to move your post, so you will have to repost it yourself:

Best of luck...

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.
