1993 240 Turn Signal Problem 200 1993

My driver-side turn signal in the front does not work. The one in the back works and so does the passenger-side turn signals in the front and the back.

When I press the arm on the steering wheel for the left turn signal, the arrow shows on the dash and it makes a fast clicking noise.

When I press the arm on the steering wheel for the right turn signal, the arrow shows on the dash and it makes a slow clicking noise.

The clicking noises are the same for both left and right, but the left is much more rapid.

What is the problem? Do I just need to replace the bulb? If so, would
When IPD have it?

Here is the car that I am talking about:

1993 Volvo 240 sedan
Four doors
140K miles
