13.88 volts consistently - O'Reilly rebuild 700 1990

Finally replaced the alternator on my '90 740 GLE with a rebuild from O'Reilly.

As expected.. The regulator was junk. Thank goodness I kept the new Bosch I had recently purchased trying to fix the old alternator.

So all is good... no more flickering, dimly lit dash lights.

Checking with a meter I am consistently getting 13.8+ volts ...no lights on... lights on.

Am I good? Everywhere it says I should be getting above 14 volts with no lights.

Thanks ..
