looking to have AC fixed; rock auto, eeuroparts 200 1993

hello,

I'm looking into having my AC fixed and I'm not too familiar with AC.
Brought it to one volvo place and they said the compressor was bad and needed replacing.
I was thinking of getting the rock auto compressor kit from Rock auto for a 1993 volvo 240. I'm thinking about getting the lower priced Sanden kit (with a receiver/dryer accumulator and orifice tube)-

instead of the Four Seasons-

Has anyone had problems with any of the Rock auto volvo 240 AC compressors?
I didn't know if the compressor was a parallel type condensor, but I thought it would just be safer to get a new one. Only reasonbly priced one was at eeuroparts and looks to be from Taiwan-

I was going to try and find a mechanic to put it all in.
Do you know if there could be any issues with non-fitting on my 1993 volvo 240?
Are there any other parts such as AC compressor gaskets/sealing washers?
Do you recommend a AC system flush when putting in a new compressor and condensor?

Thanks,
brian
