Horn Button Hard to Contact 200 1993

Hi,

I tried to search for this info first and wasn't able to find anything pertaining to my issue, so my apologies first.

Anyhow, it is difficult to get the horn to sound. I have to press in just the right spot or else it fails to make contact. Can anyone direct me to a fix for this or how to remove the airbag module so that I can clean the contacts.

Also, does anyone sell the official volvo shop manual for a 1993 240?

This is my first 240 and I just bought it about two weeks ago! I've wanted one for a very long time.
