Bulb Failure light on... 200 1993

All,

So I have a bulb failure light on in my 1993 sedan.

I've worked on this car before and fixed a lot of stuff and when it left here last time all was well in the world, or so I thought!

SO... I checked my manual and it states only certain lights being out will cause this, however the ones that are currently out are not on this list.

Here are the ones that are currently out:
Passenger side front turn signal, NOT the parking light,
Both backup lights, and
both license plate lights.

The passenger side turn signal light I addressed last time, but apparently I did not fix it well enough.

The license plate bulbs work but the contact is not good, so I need to delve into that more and I should be able to solve those lights that way.

The backup lights physically work, but they do not come on when you put the car is in reverse, thus most likely the neutral safety switch is bad and needs to be replaced or cleaned.

Any thoughts on the bulb failure light other than maybe the relay is bad?

Matt
