Step one. 200 1993

The key to fixing the bulb failure that is being warned about is noting under what conditions the failure lamp is lighting.

It monitors three systems, therefore, three conditions.

One: Head lights. When head light switch is turned on and engine is running.

Two: Tail lights. When head light switch is is in parking lamp position and engine is running.

Three: Brake lights. When brakes are being used and engine is running.

Let us know, Matt, how you are doing after observing which system is being alarmed.

"The world is full of specialists that only think about one small aspect of a problem. To be a good systems engineer you have to look at the whole picture, all while keeping cost, service, and reliability in mind." - Paul Rako
