Ignition Issues (No Power to ECU Pin 2) 200 1986

I'm not going to even look to see what powers Pin 2

However, have you inspected the wiring harness. Have you looked at the wiring that passes from the ICU - Ignition) - that box by the washer fluid on the Pass side, the wires that come out of it and pass under the engine crank...and back up to the distributor. these wires get soaked with leaking oil from bad seals and then the insulation breaks down and the bare wires short.

The other place for wires failing is where they come out from under intake manifold and then plug into the Grey Connector at the FireWall.
