Idles at or below 400 RPMs, hard starting once started will barely hold an idle, only code of for rich mixture. When driving it acts okay if you accelerate very gently, but if you put your foot into it it will surge and then drop to idle and then surge, but never allow you to really use full throttle. Will run rough and backfire. Friend parked it due to this issue a year ago, and I just picked it up. 190K miles.
