Worn crankshaft pulley? 200 1988

Is there a definitive way to diagnose the crankshaft pulley? I think there is something misaligned or perhaps one of the accessories is faulty?
When the car is idling there is no belt noise or squealing, and no belt squeal on startup. However, once I'm moving and I give the car around 50% throttle and more, I hear what sounds like a rubbing noise coming from the engine. Could that be the belts rubbing one another or maybe rubbing the timing belt cover? It's quite significant and loud and you can feel the vibration. Once I noticed this happening I parked the 240 before I potentially cause damage.
I was told that the crankshaft pulley can fail and lead to some belt misalignment issues and such but I'm not sure where to start.
I was also thinking it might be the accessories such as the alternator being misaligned and it was suggested to replace the mounts for all of them. Is factory rubber the best route or are those aftermarket poly bushings more durable?
I don't want to jump the gun and order a new crank pulley if that isn't in fact the issue.
