AMM test, not so sure? 200 1986

I decided to start new thread for my wagon issues(aka just won't start). I have replaced both pumps, several bad wires, the fuel temp sensor, the coolest temp sensor. The wagon still will not start unless a shot of starter fluid is given, then it runs ok, but if shut off, needs another shot. I disconnects AMM and still had to use starter food for it to start. Actually it was a little harder to start. So now I don't know what this tells me? My next test I suppose will be the O2 sensor? This is really becoming a project. I don't have any junk yards nearby to buy and R&R things,
