oil/coolant leak S90-V90

Trying to find the source(s) of what looks to be a minor oil leak and a somewhat major coolant leak. Seems to come from the back of the engine block, can't really get a good view there (perhaps will try to get a mirror). Tried to take a picture with my phone camera and submit it with this post... The two coolant hoses from the heater) seem to be in OK shape to me; they were the last ones I've replaced (a few years back but the car hasn't been driven that much). The coolant's been leaking when the engine warms up. This has been going on for a while so there's a lot of dried coolant splashed over the underside of the car, and some oil as well. I would venture to guess one of the cam shaft seals for the oil leak, but how do I figure out for sure? Any pointers on where to look and how to get there would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Vlad
