AMM test, not so sure? 200 1986

Les,

First, I would listen to Phil & Art as I'm only nube here, or at least that's what I think of myself.

Second, if I was working on your car, I'd get NOID kit from Advance auto as I'm pretty sure you can rent one from them and check your injectors. If they are not all working or some of them are not working the car won't start.

If I get a chance today, I'll take a look at what happens if I remove injector plugs to see what it will take to not start the car and get back to you.

As for the fuel, it appears that you are getting it now, and that the pressure MAY be correct or "good enough", but should still be confirmed correct before you cross that one off your list of stuff to check.

I believe you have a working car, its that you are down to one or two pieces of the puzzle that are missing. When I say that I mean always check the following: Compression, Spark, and Fuel. We know you have compression as the car runs, how good or badly, we don't know. We're not so sure about Fuel, and now that I think about it spark, so add that to your list as well. Confirm you have spark on all four cylinders.

Stick with it, you'll get it done!

We're here to help.

Matt
