Steering Wheel Vibration, Rim Run-out Specs. 900

I am working on a 1994 940 with 195K miles. I replaced the strut cartridges, rear shocks, tie rod ends, ball joints, and the cone bushings (can't remember proper name). The car drives nicely but there was a steering wheel vibration at 65-72 MPH. I started trying to get at the cause by checking the run-out of the front rims (alloy rims). The lt. frt. was .020", lt. rear was .035", rt. frt. was .050, and the rt. rear was .015".
I rotated the rt. side and I think the problem is pretty much gone, but test drive was short. Is .050" out of spec.?
I also have a 1995 940 with 91K miles on it with almost the same problem. The rims are also alloy. The front end has never been changed/nothing replaced.
We also have a few other 940s (6) in the family. I have never had this problem with steel rims regardless of how worn the front ends were.
Question is, what is the maximum run-out of the rims on the 940s?
