Anyone pressed in front control arm bushings? 200 1993

I'm getting ready to replace the front control arm bushings with some Volvo OE bushings. I have access to a 12 ton press, and have been searching for the right size cups and drifts to do the job.

I'm looking for suggestions and tips/tricks for doing this safely and efficiently. I only get to take the car out of commission for the weekend, so I want to have all the tools and techniques ready to go.

I've read the green book and Bentley manual, which are basically the same thing.

Are there any particular pipe and/or socket sizes for pressing the bushings off and on? Any setup advice?

Should I borrow a kit from an auto parts store?

What have you found successful?

Thanks.
