Glass and Sealing replacement S90-V90

Need to replace the rear glass on '98 S90, looked at a salvaged 940 '93 the glass has thicker heating cords as opposed to much wider pattern on '98. Did Volvo change from laminated to tempered, will the heater connectors match or is there any other reason not to use this windshield?

Also, can the sealing strips and moulding on the body that contour the door #6848632 .. 6848634 be removed and reused?
