122s bw35 to m41 transplant 120-130 1967

I'm just getting a 67' 122S with a BW35 trans. and would like to repower with a B20 and M41 power unit out of a P1800ES. What surprises am I in for? I have a pedal assembly and all that goes with an M40 so can go with remote or M40 shifter. Was looking at using SU carbs. Could get the M40 driveshaft shortened or does the BW35 shaft work? I've seen something about the rear mounts being different?
