Please help ASAP with Steering Wheel Thump 1992 240 Wagon 200

Hi Everyone!

I just replaced my blower motor on a 1992 240 wagon with help from a friend. All is back together, but when I turn the steering wheel to the right, I hear a slight thump.

I'm wondering if something is out of place on the lower driver side panel. Any thoughts?

Also, the steering wheel intermittently would lock up on me. Not sure what I might be messing up there.
