Recommendations for tires for low usage 740 wagon? 700 1991

We have a 740 wagon that sits in the driveway most of the time. We have an electric car that is our daily driver. Unfortunately, the wagon sits in the driveway most of the time. Now the tires need to be replaced due to sun damage.

We drive it about 2000-3000 miles per year.

We've always put high mileage Michelin tires on it, but that seems expensive if they are going to deteriorate before we get much mileage on them.

I see some Primewell tires at WheelWorks for only $38/tire! Any chance that these are any good? Recommendations appreciated!
