here is a puzzle i can not solve 200

i post this here because the forum is more active than the 900 forum and many of you also own 940's.

here goes: sent to me by a friend

We went on an errand in the 94 turbo 940 green car running perfectly. When we came out an hour later, it started fine but had an unbelievable combination of symptoms:

The left turn signal was activated on but not flashing with solid light outside and on the dash.

When the turn signal lever was pushed down for left turn, the signal still worked fine.

All the lights in the instrument panel had gone dark... none of them on.

And here is the amazing one, carefully verified:

When the headlight brights were turned on they were not bright but when they were turned off they were bright.

The functions were reversed!

Half way home everything came back to normal and the car functioned perfectly
