the old wiper refill trick 240 200

Hiya Uncle Old Duke,

I found wiper blade refills as a Federated Auto Parts store in Wackyngton State. Federated Auto Parts is a national chain, or national chain brand, though not so numerous. Some sort of no-name wiper blade refill.

I got some 17" blades that would so of slide into the metal Bosch wiper blade holder assembly tines or, well, I dunno. Yet I had to bend the metal bits to better secure in the wiper blade.

The blade lasted for a year. The Bosch wiper blade holder assembly was falling apart.

So I got Bosch wiper blade assemblies from Auto Zone. Works fine.

Though as Uncle Onkel Udo II found for you, you can try the auto parts store chain websites and have them delivered to you or the store for pickup, or order at the store for pickup from the store.

eBay has bunches.

Hope that helps.

cheers,

dud.
