Ex wants to sell her 1994 940t wagon. What is it worth?

Virginia car that has seen a few Rochester, NY winters. Only some surface rust beginning on undercarriage. 169,000 miles. We bought the car in 2009 with 115,000 miles. Head gasket was replaced in 2013. Front end will soon need shocks. It's all original but still tight. The power steering pump is on it's death bed and there a vacuum leak or misplaced hose that causes a slight surging for a few seconds during cold starts. The surge began after I replaced the head gasket, but otherwise runs well. Yes I was going to fix it going on four years now.
Ex is moving to Salt Lake soon and is wondering if it would be better to buy a car out there. I have three cars and have no place for a forth.
Oh yes! light brown exterior and interior. A few small dings but no exterior rust at least last time I took a close look. Front seats are worn but still presentable. There's also a small tear in passengers seat.
