More info please. Are you referring to the front and back vertical tracks that the glass slides in or the metal U shaped piece that the bottom of the glass sits in?
If it's the bottom piece, 3M weatherstrip adhesive will hold it in place. However, if the glass tends to come out of this piece, you might have a problem with the side fuzzy channels binding the glass. A little silicone spray might help here.
